I’m an artist who works in the city, and you will find me constantly working on my side projects. I stay to myself and would prefer no guests at the moment. We are only a 15-minute walk to the main train station directly into NYC. So, if you work or travel to the city often, this might be the perfect spot for you! Also, the area has plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores, so you don’t have to go out of the way if you need to do some minor shopping.$900.00 includes wifi/heat/water/electric.

We are looking for a female roommate-only household who is clean, respectful, doesn’t do drugs, and prefers someone who doesn’t smoke. Please no sleepovers, for I myself keep the social scene outside. That’s really about it! So, if you think you would be a good fit, we would love to hear from you!
