The Room: You will have 1 private bedroom, but you will share the bathroom and kitchen with me - a respectful and chill male. Utilities and Wifi internet are included. Total monthly rate is $850. Security Deposit is $425
($1275 to move in.) The room is available now.

The house: The house has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is oven, gas stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is off street parking.

In a quiet corner of East Orange; The closest intersection is South Orange Avenue and Fairmount Terrace.

About Us: I am a 40 year old male from Ethiopia. I am mature, responsible, respectful and sociable person that you can easily get along well with. I have two 50+ year old very respectful male roommates. The house is recently renovated. There is a closet in the room and the room is furnished with brand new queen size bed, brand new night stand and brand new chest drawer. You just need to bring your bags.

You: Mid-40s to late-50s, preferably male. Be friendly and respectful with a VERY steady income, meaning you can pay rent on time, every month. You should be a person who understands the importance of clean shared spaces and contributing to maintaining a clean home.
