Hello!

I'm a student and I'm looking for a roommate as soon as possible (June move-in). I'm even open to a summer sublet if you can't move in until the fall, as there seems to be a fair amount of people looking for sublets as well.

This is a good place, I've lived here 2 years. It's an easy 15 min drive to Montclair. No pets (maybe reptiles?). Easy access to bus stop.

I'm really looking for someone who is capable of paying the rent, on time, every month. Would also prefer a clean and quiet roommate (no parties haha).

I don't know why the pictures are sideways hopefully they don't post like that.
