Hi! I’m a high school teacher living with my family on the second floor of our two-family home. The first floor apartment is very clean and organized, and we take pride in maintaining a peaceful, respectful environment. The space is a shared community space where we value open communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect. Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, central air and heat, an in-unit washer and dryer, access to a shared patio with a BBQ area, and a beautiful community garden—perfect for relaxing or enjoying time outdoors. The home is very close to the train station, just steps from the bus stop, with plenty of street parking available. You’d be living with one amazing, chill and down to earth roomate: Gigi. She loaves the outdoor and traveling. If she is not traveling, she is making soaps and face masks. She loves to read and walk the park.
