The apartment’s living room is spacious with a large sectional and mounted TV. The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry and countertops and has modern appliances including a dishwasher. The common areas are furnished by the landlord. The available room has the same hardwood floors that are throughout the rest of the apartment, a ceiling fan, and a French door closet. This room shares a bathroom with one other roommate (the third roommate has a private bathroom). There is in-unit laundry, off-street parking, and a finished basement that you can use as well.

$1500 security deposit so that + $1000 first month's rent = $2500 to move in.

Utilities are split between the roommates in addition to rent. They include internet, PSEG and a cleaning crew.
