Small room with walk-in closet. Nice house on very quiet block, with great deck. Backyard with vegetables, berries, and flower gardens., mostly surrounded by large trees. Feels quite private. Great grocery store 1/2 mile away. Park nearby. Quick NYC commute via car (30 min.) or bus/train. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Shared kitchen and living room.. I cook well and am happy to share cooking/food. There is also quite a lot of basement space, with laundry and storage.
