Hi everyone! :)

I'm looking for a new roommate to share my apartment with! I have an unfurnished room available in the 2 bedroom apartment I rent.

The apartment is in a luxury apartment complex in Bloomfield. It's about a 5 minute drive from the train station. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, balcony and the room that's available is a master bedroom with private bathroom, a regular closet and a walk in closet! The apartment is fully furnished but the bedroom is not. This is not just a room for rent - you have access to the full common areas of the apartment as well!

The apartment complex has an outdoor pool and hot tub and a clubhouse with a nice gym.

I'm in my 30s and I love dancing, hiking, cooking, fitness and lots of other stuff! I'm looking for someone who is clean, friendly and a good communicator. No drugs or smoking and no pets :)

Rent includes fast internet and heat/hot water (I don't have cable). There are no other expenses. I require 1 month security deposit and a background check.
