Roommate wanted for a House in NJ

Room 1 Option

Hi everyone!

I am a speech pathologist in my 30s looking for a clean, responsible female roommate in Belleville NJ.

There are 2 available rooms in a house. One is on the 1st floor, and the 2nd is on the 2nd floor. You can choose which room you would prefer. Both rooms are unfurnished. The pictures have some items in them that will be removed depending on which room is chosen. I do have a clothes rack and full length mirror that can be borrowed if needed.

I am located in Belleville closer to Nutley and Bloomfield.

Shared spaces: Living room, kitchen, bathroom (newly renovated), yard (with option to use the grill), laundry room.

There may also eventually be an option for a private living room in the basement apartment if you would like, but that will not immediately be available.

There is easy street parking. Driveway parking available for inclement weather ( this can be discussed further- I am flexible here).

There is a sweet and friendly senior dog living in the house. No other pets allowed. Dog will only be the responsibility of myself.

Rent:$1300 a month, and split of utilities (gas, electric, water, wifi). I can break this down for interested parties. It varies a bit depending on the season.

Security Deposit: 1.5 months

The house offers a comfortable, quiet environment that's perfect for someone who appreciates a peaceful place to come home to.

I'm easygoing, clean, and enjoy keeping the house relaxed and welcoming. I'm looking for someone who is similarly considerate, tidy, and communicative. This would be a great fit for a working professional, graduate student, or anyone looking for a calm living environment rather than a party house.

Move in available August 20th ( there would be a prorated rent due depending on move in date).
