I've put real care into this place since April— fresh paint throughout, indoor plants, and I'm turning the front balcony into a private little patio for summer evenings. The room itself is freshly primed, and you'll get to pick the color before move-in.

Shared spaces include a living room with a 150" projector for movie nights, a sunroom, and the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with a brand new fridge, new washer/dryer in-unit, and a gravity water filter for clean, fluoride-free drinking water. Street parking available.

You'll be joining one roommate: a 36-year-old creative professional running his own motion design studio. I'm Deaf, so the apartment stays quiet— communication is easy via text, typing, or in person. This summer I'll be away about half the time (business travel and paddleboarding), so you'll often have extra space to yourself.
