Looking For Female Roommate!

My bestfriend/current roommate is moving out at the end of june to join family out-of-state and I would prefer to have a female roommate to help with the financial strain.
Here are some key points:
- in person meet up required to ensure good fit
- we can set up a tour of the apartment as well
- you would have your own private room+bathroom
- shared living room + kitchen
- washer + dryer in unit
- dishwasher in unit
- rent is a flat rate of $958 (half) per month, utilities depend on monthly usage
- you can have the parking permit so that you can park right next to the apartment
- Must be okay with cats ( i have 2 both friendly)
- CANNOT BRING PETS UNFORTUNATELY 2 IS THE LIMIT
- my bf does stay at the apartment frequently as we work together and carpool (if uncomfortable at the start, we can limit time over)

I am one of the most chill, laid-back, and friendly people (my bf included) as long as you help maintain common areas (like doing dishes on your day and tidying up on deep clean days which is rare) then all is well. We like to play boardgames, play drinking games, watch movies, go out, and it would be lovely if you would like to join as well.
