Hey greetings everyone this is a wonderful property.

It is woman owned so I would prefer women.
Sometimes we have men renting.
Everyone is vetted and it’s a good safe secure place to live. Your things will be safer. You will be safe here as best as I can, their security system going in cameras, alarms, etc. neighbors are excellent on either side one’s been here years. The other one’s been owned the home three years and she’s absolutely wonderful and her family.

The home you’d be sharing and you’d be on the third floor with one to two other people you share a bathroom very quiet very safe a lot of light one block from the park and walking area and beautiful place near the river

The house itself downstairs has a kitchen a living room. I like to call the movie room and also a spa and I have a little sitting area down there that can be used for any type of bookwork you need to do or homework if you’re a student.

There’s a Spa here and I give a free facial every month. We can even do a facial afternoon or day and everybody gets a facial and we have a nice meal together. Watch a movie and just get to know each other better for a safe, happy household.
