Small comfy place in a quiet neighborhood

Available room. Fits queen size bed.

The bedrooms are on the second floor. The available bedroom is small but my roommate has a queen size bed, TV stand with TV, a night table and has more than enough room to walk on two sides of the bed. (His bed is against the wall.) Room also has a deep closet. You would be right next door to the bathroom. I would be across from you. The bedroom has a window unit air conditioner. There is central heat but not air conditioning. But there is another air conditioner in the living room.

The basement is massive and I am currently taking up most of that space. (This will not be the case by the move in date.) I am in the process of getting rid of a lot of things. The washer and dryer are in the basement.

The kitchen is pretty big with lots of counter space. I have a lot of gadgets out but can make space for your things, no problem.

The living room has a 3 seat couch, coffee table, big TV (I think it’s 60 in) and also my PS4. You are welcome to play with the PS4 whenever.

There is a small yard in the back of the house. We could definitely fit some lawn furniture but my roommate and I haven’t gotten around to it. There is also a really nice grill that we have never used. I would love to learn how to grill.

The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s mostly families and older folks. A lot of us know each other from passing every day. The house is also two blocks from the Delaware river. It’s really beautiful to walk along it. Around that same spot is a jungle gym and a pickleball court.

Behind the house, there is a baseball field and a dog park.

The rent is $800/month/person. The water is $39/month/person. We pay the landlord individually $839/month. The internet bill is around $30/person. PSE&G is under $200 total. The house stays cool easily which has helped this bill.

I work from home for a technology company and I also sell crystals. I have a mini dachshund puppy who is 5 months old. He’s extremely cute and friendly. I’m home most nights and when I’m not I’ll probably be hiking with the hot dog, with my boyfriend or at my parent’s house. You won’t be required to take care of the dog. Once in a blue moon I ask my roommate to let my dog out to pee. Other stuff about me- I love horror movies and documentaries. I obviously have a crystal collection and I’m a tequila snob. I consider myself to be very easy to live with. Unless something crazy happens, I mind my own business. That being said, I would like to at least have a friendly report with you.
