Laundry room and gym conveniently located within the complex, both just a short walk away
All utilities included, including high-speed WiFi

What I’m Looking For:

Male roommate preferred
Must be employed with a stable income
Clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces
No pets
Preferably sober; California sober is acceptable

This is a great setup for someone who values a peaceful, drama-free living environment. Everything in the home can be used responsibly to maintain a healthy and comfortable space for both of us.

Rent is negotiable for the right fit. No security deposit necessary but 1st months rent will be paid prior to move in. 3 to 6 month rental agreement is preferred.
