Basement ceilings are about 6 feet high in some areas, so it may not be comfortable for taller people.
No smoking inside.
No dogs.
Quiet time from 10 PM to 7 AM is VERY important.
We have 2 small children upstairs, so normal family/kid noise during the day is expected.

The stove you see in the pictures belongs to the current tenant, so you would need to bring your own electric stove or cooktop if desired. There is no dryer and no possibility to install one, but the laundromat is just steps away from the house.

Rent:

$1,195 for 1 person
$1,250 for a couple

6-month minimum stay.
To move in: first month’s rent + security deposit required.
