Ok its my 2 bdrm apartment lease is in my name

I am just looking for a responsible male or female to pay there remt every week by the end of the week 225 a week unless you wamt to pay monthly but u would have to put down first months rent of 900 we split rent in half 1800 thats why and we split electric bill in half whatever that would be depends how much h your here if your here all day every day expect to split 400 to 500 electric bill month which would be 200 to 250 each if your home only after work and weekends it will decrease to like 300 a month which is 150 each so basically 1100 a month will cover rent and electric and we have washer amd dryer your room is huge 19 ×12 size of a master bedroom. Basically and its furnished except TV your on your own with TV if u have your own bedroom furniture then u can use that and I can get everything out of there for your stuff if u want I am a very cool easy going nice dude just respect my stuff which u can use what ever u need in kitchen its cool just cleanup after yourself. Just leave you and we split the trash bags. And toilet paper and after ten pm theres no loud music and guests can comeby but no sleepovers I might make an exception. Here and there but this ain't t no hotel and we clean here once a month or every two weeks nothing crazy just like mop a couple floors maintain taking out trash i got dishwasher for all that stuff and I need the bathroom at 630am til 650am for work thats it
