Beautiful house for share in Mount Laurel

Looking for a roommate to fill a room in our beautiful modern 3500 Sq ft 5 bd 3.5 bath house on 2 acres in Mount Laurel starting around March 1st. The room is $1000 per month.

There are two guys in this huge house right now, looking to add a third. I have three animals - a 70lb dog, a 10lb dog, and a cat.

The house is very centrally located, being 25 minutes from Philly, 7 minutes from the Turnpike or 295, Route 38, 70, 73. It’s large, and has lots of spaces for privacy. The kitchen is shared, we have two refrigerators. Tons of places for storage - big bonus is the huge detached garage where we store our lawn equipment, motorcycles, etc, we have a full woodshop and mechanic shop.

The room for rent is comfortable, private, and quiet, with three windows on two sides for lots of light. It will be painted and have fresh carpet. The room is 13x14 with large closets. The bathroom is shared with one other person, but there’s a second full bathroom downstairs that’s open for everyone to use. Fresh paint, new carpet going in shortly.

We’re musicians and music lovers, and motorcycle / dirtbike enthusiasts. Looking for someone clean and respectful, who understands living in a shared space. Looking for a good personality match!
