I have a quiet, clean, safe room for rent on the 1st floor of a three-story house within walking distance of downtown Bath. The room is 275..00 a week and is completely furnished with a double bed, bedding, rug, tv, dresser, recliner, and more. The room is intended for ONE person and comes with one off-street parking spot. Shared access to bathrooms, kitchen (fully equipped), and washer/dryer. All utilities are included in the 275.00 a week rent. wifi, 100 cable channels, electricity, heat, water, lawn care, snow removal, and garbage pick-up. 550.00 to move in (275.00 for the first week and 275.00 security deposit). No lease. Even though I charge by the week I'm looking for at least a 6-month verbal commitment. This is not a party house but a ROOMING HOUSE with four other tenants. 2ND SHIFT FRIENDLY! A 5-minute walk from BIW! NO PETS. This is a good fit for a person that is responsible and respectful. Not looking for a person with drug or alcohol issues! The room is available on 9/9/26.
