Lookiong for a responsible roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located on a quiet dead end Street in a 2-family home. You will have your own private bedroom and shared access to the bathroom with your own sink, the kitchen, and living areas.

Current Roommate (Me):
You will be sharing the space with a single male in his 30's. I am up at 5am getting ready for work most days. You may find me watching TV in the living room, or making the sourdough in the kitchen. Occasionally I have a friend or two over for drinks and music, karaoke or boardgames. But that's really it.

This is an lgbtq+ safe/friendly household.

PLEASE NO DRUGS (Gardening friendly)

Rent: 1250 month
Deposit: 1250

Utilities: Not included (will be split 50/50 each month)

If you want to we can also buy in bulk and split all household cleaning products, toilet paper and paper towel.

Parking: street parking only

Laundry: washer and dryer in unit
