Spacious and furnished shared apartment on a quiet

This is for someone seeking something a bit more than just a room. It's a 2BR apartment that's more than I need. I live pretty small so this would be a great spot for someone who'd also like a majority of access to the living areas. You would also be in the larger of the two rooms.

I keep things pretty simple for myself and I'm easy-going about anyone wanting their own space, too. I do have two cats, and I would want a roomie who'd be friendly to them. They're more loaf than trouble.

The apartment itself is quite nice, as the pics show. Also super-easy access to a number of grocery stores, Shoprite, Walmart, Lidl, Aldi, all within ten minutes from here, but also easy access to the highways, routes into NYC, and busses into NY just a short walk away. Metlife and American Dream Mall just 15 mins down a local road.

Other than that it'd just be a shared kitchen and bathroom situation. I don't do big cooking productions, so it'd be mostly yours. Also shared washer and dryer.
