## Huge 19' x 15' Bedroom in Quiet Lodi Apartment — Central Air, Laundry & NYC Buses

Large **19' x 15' (approximately 285 sq. ft.) bedroom** available in a comfortable two-bedroom apartment in **Lodi, NJ**. The apartment is on the second floor of a duplex on a quiet residential street, surrounded by houses. **Two different bus lines with direct service to NYC are within walking distance.**

I've lived in the apartment for **16 years**, and the landlord lives in the downstairs unit.

The Room

The bedroom is unusually spacious and has **two large closets and a large window**. Dressers, nightstands, and shelving are already available for your use, or they can be removed if you'd rather bring your own furniture.

The Apartment

We would share a large kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The apartment has:

* Washer and dryer
* Dishwasher
* Gas stove
* Plenty of street parking
* Shared cookware, dishes, and kitchen equipment (we generally keep food separate)

One cat is welcome. There are currently two resident cats, one of whom is elderly and in declining health, so a new cat would need to be comfortable living with other cats.

I'm very flexible about the roommate relationship. If we become friends, great! If you'd rather be friendly but mostly do your own thing, that's great too. Partners and overnight guests are welcome. I don't drink, but I'm completely fine with alcohol and with a roommate who drinks.

I get migraines, so the one unusual household requirement is that **the apartment needs to stay fragrance-free**. I can't tolerate perfume, cologne, scented sprays, plug-in air fresheners, incense, or strongly fragranced products. Normal cleaning products are fine.

**No indoor smoking. Occasional vaping is fine as long as it doesn't create lingering odors.**

I'm looking for a considerate roommate who would enjoy a quiet, comfortable, established home.

Rent: $900/month
Utilities: Approximately $175–$200/month (your half of electricity, internet, etc.)
