🌟 About Me: I work in IT and run a content creation business, and I'm also a personal trainer and a real estate investor in training. I'm friendly, easy to live with, and keep a very clean home, especially the bathroom. My previous roommates had great experiences here, and we're still friends.

Sunday through Wednesday, I'm out of the apartment most of the day and into the night, so the space is largely yours. On Sundays I'm home by early evening and usually asleep soon after, and the other nights I come in late and keep it quiet. I'm home more Thursday through Saturday, but I'm usually at the gym or working in my room, so I'm easy to share space with. I don't need much interaction, but I'll respond quickly by text or a short chat if needed.

🛏️ Your Room: Sunny and private, with windows on two walls and great natural light. Unfurnished. Fits a twin or full bed comfortably (a queen would be tight). Closet with built-in shelving, plus extra shared storage.

🏠 The Apartment: Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and [solid cement / well insulated] bedroom walls for excellent sound privacy. Ultra fast Wi-Fi, a Nest security system, and a smart TV with an extensive movie library in the living room. Your bedroom has its own AC and heat controls.

🍽️ Kitchen: Renovated, with granite style counters, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space. I usually order meal prep, so the kitchen is mostly yours.

🛁 Bathroom: Spotless and shared, with a tub, handheld showerhead, vanity, and storage cabinet.

🧺 Laundry and Parking: Laundry is on site, steps away, with a 24 hour laundromat and dry cleaners nearby. Parking is permit based street parking, resident only overnight, and spots are generally easy to find.

📍 Location and Transit: Everything is close, even without a car. NJ Transit buses 162, 163, 164, 144, and 712 are within one to two blocks, with direct service to NYC and the area's biggest malls. The Pascack Valley Line runs to Hoboken, with PATH and ferry connections to Manhattan. Quick access to Routes 4, 17, 46, 80, and 3, the NJ Turnpike, and the Garden State Parkway.

🛍️ Neighborhood: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, ShopRite, Wawa, Hackensack Hospital, coffee shops, banks, diners, and restaurants, all within minutes.

💪 Gym: Three minutes away. A large, modern facility with equipment, classes, sauna, steam room, pools, jacuzzi, and towel service. It's the second largest gym in the county.

👀 Who This Is For: One responsible adult who genuinely respects shared spaces. I don't provide cleaning services, so I'm looking for someone who naturally keeps things tidy. If you cook, please clean up soon after. Dishes get washed the same day, and no food or crumbs are left out overnight, since that attracts insects. Please leave the bathroom the way you'd want to find it, and pitch in with light cleaning of common areas every few weeks. This isn't a social house or a dating situation. It's a high quality, low stress place to live.
