NJ Transit buses 162, 163, 164, 144, and 712 are within one to two blocks, with direct access to NYC and the area's largest malls. The Pascack Valley Line is nearby, with PATH connections to Hoboken and Manhattan. Quick access to Routes 4, 17, 46, 80, and 3, plus the NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.

💰 Rent: Your share is less than half the total rent. Comparable two-bedroom units in the area start at $2,350.

🛍️ Neighborhood: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, ShopRite, Wawa, Hackensack Hospital, coffee shops, banks, diners, and restaurants, all within minutes.

💪 Gym: Three minutes away. Large, modern facility with equipment, classes, sauna, steam room, pools, jacuzzi, and towel service—second-largest gym in the county.

🏠 The Apartment: Recently rehabbed, with hardwood floors throughout and cement bedroom walls for excellent soundproofing. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a Nest security system, a smart TV with an extensive movie library in the living room, and private AC control and unlimited heat control in your bedroom. Electric and gas costs stay low year-round. Cleaning services aren't provided, so I'm looking for someone who naturally keeps their space tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom.

🍽️ Kitchen: Renovated with granite-style counters, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and generous cabinet space. I usually order meal prep, so the kitchen is mostly yours. If you cook, please clean up soon after so things don't sit out. Please don't leave food or debris out overnight; it attracts insects.

🛁 Bathroom: Spotless shared bathroom with a tub and handheld showerhead, plus vanity and cabinet storage. Please leave it the way you'd want to find it. Shared upkeep here matters.

🛏️ Your Room: A sunny private room with two walls of windows and great natural light. Unfurnished. Fits a twin or full bed comfortably; a queen will feel snug. Closet with built-in shelving, plus additional shared storage available. Room: 9'8" x 8'7" | Closet: 7'5" high, 33" wide, 28" deep

🧺 Laundry and Parking: On-site laundry, steps away, with dry cleaners and a 24-hour laundromat nearby too. Parking is permit-based street parking, resident-only overnight, generally easy to find.

🌟 About Me: IT professional, manager, content creator, personal trainer, and real estate investor in training. I'm friendly and easy to live with, and I keep a very clean home, especially the bathroom. I'm usually at the office, in my bedroom, or at the gym, particularly Sunday through Wednesday, so the space is largely yours those days. I value a peaceful, low-drama home base and bring that energy myself. I don't need much interaction, but I'm quick to respond by text or a short chat if needed.

👀 Who This Is For: One responsible adult who genuinely respects shared spaces and pitches in, including light cleaning of common areas every few weeks. This isn't a social house or a dating situation. It's a high-quality, low-stress place to live. No smoking or vaping. Please avoid strong-smelling cooking due to allergies. One person on the lease; no frequent overnight guests. Must be okay with "no outside shoes inside the home (to keep it cleaner)."
