The space has been freshly painted and professionally cleaned, featuring cozy carpeting, built-in wall shelving, and unique knee-wall pass-through closets that offer tons of storage. A 4ft dresser is already in the room for your use, but we are happy to remove it if you prefer to bring your own furniture. You’ll stay perfectly comfortable year-round with dedicated Heat, AC, and a ceiling fan right in your room. Plus, you'll enjoy a semi-private bathroom (shared only with occasional house guests) and full access to a modern home featuring a water softener and brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry.
