Luxury condo

wondering if you’d consider my condo I believe you would be a good fit
Would you consider staying 10-15 minutes outside of the city in NJ but literally on the Hudson in Edgewater bus stops right in front and you’re at port authority in minutes fast easy much better than city. Everything is at your doorstep. Restaurants, shopping, whole foods, trader joes, acme etc. I’m Michael I’m an older semi retired medical professional in my early 60’s who is very respectful and friendly. I think you could be perfect as I have a luxury condo in Edgewater NJ on Hudson just minutes into midtown very cheap and fast to commute if you work in city. It’s a very large 2 bedroom 2 bath opposite ends of a 1400 sq ft apt large living, dining, and kitchen with balcony looking at city Large closets and washer and dryer in apt . So many amenities pool, great gym and 24hr concierge high security and beautiful roof deck with lounging barbecue etc . I’m open to negotiate price for the right roomate but was asking 2000 now just reduced to 1750+ share of utilities and it’s more important to find right roomate so it’s all negotiable.
