Easy-going roommate wanted!

We're looking for a male roommate to join us in a 3 bedroom 1,500 sq ft condo-style apartment. The room is approximately 13' by 10' and has ample closet space and you will share a bathroom with one of us! I would consider giving up the master bedroom which is quite a bit larger and has it's own bathroom for $1,200 if you'd rather have more of your own space. Our apartment comes with free off-street parking.

The door for our apartment exits to the street and is a two minute walk to the bus and less than 10 minute walk to the train which makes for a very easy commute to Manhattan! I work in Manhattan and the commute could not be easier.

We have a washer and dryer in our apartment, a full kitchen, and two and a half bathrooms (including the one in the master bedroom), DINING ROOM, DINETTE AREA, PORCH, LARGE LIVINGROOM, and MORE! We're asking for $900 plus Cable/Internet/Utilities which are split three ways, but average around $100/person. I do own a cat and would consider allowing another cat if they got along. Sorry, no dogs.

No smoking allowed inside or on the balcony as it still finds it's way into the apartment.

Two easy-going guys in our 30's that are personable and respect each other's privacy. We would love for someone who's as easy-going as us to join us. We both enjoy nightlife, but we don't party inside the apartment at all and would expect the same from you.
