I have a cozy, clean, good sized bedroom in the upstairs of my Cape Cod home. It would be great for a student, I am minutes away from Stockton and ACCC, or for a professional looking for a quiet, comfortable living space. My house is located in a wooded area away from traffic and businesses. One mile down the road and you are minutes from malls, shopping centers, gas stations, grocery stores, hospitals, businesses, highways, restaurants, etc. Must have own vehicle. Parking on premises.
The bedroom has a King sized adjustable bed, a desk and chair, a bedside chair and small table, a night table, mirrored closet doors, a large dresser, lamps, and a ceiling light and fan, two large windows and Wifi. It is move-in ready. I supply the sheets and towels. You will have use of washer and drier, shared bathroom and no utilities to pay.
Please no smokers, alcohol drinkers, drug users or pets.
I prefer a female because there is one other person living in the house that is a female.
