Bed, dresser, closet, nightstand, armchair, small table with two chairs, and television. Size of the room is 11x19

• Water, electricity, heating, and internet.
• Parking.
• Coffee always available.
• Access to the loft with a television.
• Access to all shared areas of the home and the patio.
• Use of the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and other appliances.

🧹 Cleaning and housekeeping — six days a week:
• Bedroom and private bathroom cleaning.
• Floor cleaning and furniture dusting.
• Fresh towels every two days.
• Bed linens changed every Monday.
• Laundry service, with clothes put away in drawers and the closet.
• Patio and home entrance cleaning.

🍽️ Meals:
• Dinner Monday through Friday

🧴 Supplies included:
Detergent, Toilet paper, paper towels, wipes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner.
