Room available in Mint Hill townhouse

Hi! I’m Hannah, 31, single. I primarily work from home & am currently going a little insane living by myself, so I’d welcome a roommate! I volunteer at a local theatre, and I enjoy painting, hiking, and reading. I’m naturally a bit messy but will be respectful about keeping shared spaces clean. Looking for a roommate who will hopefully become a friend too! The cats are very friendly and will warm up to you quickly.

The available room is approx 12’ square. I already have a bed, dresser, and some wall shelves in there, but the furniture can stay or go as preferred. You’ll have your own full bathroom. There is assigned parking; you’d get 1 parking space. The house has 2 cats (no more pets, please!) and I will be honest, it does smell like cat a bit in here, but it’s tolerable, lol. Also, I’m an artist, so I painted some funky patterns on the living & dining room walls.

It’s a safe & mostly quiet area, walking distance from the post office & Food Lion. The house is a 1-story townhouse (weird, I know). Pest control comes once a month. There’s a cute little side patio that I’ll hopefully fence in next year.

I don’t have a set timeline for someone moving in, so I can accommodate your schedule!
