Our condo is privately owned and I currently occupy one of two bedrooms and looking for a roommate. You would have your own room and bathroom and the room also has direct access to the patio which I rarely use. Utilities are spilt and you’d pay around 80-120 (that’s what I’ve been paying). My only requirements are that you’re very clean and not super loud. No couples and no daily overnight guests. No dogs but one cat may be okay. Contact for more information
