Looking for someone to take over a lease ASAP in a 3 bed / 3.5 bath, 3-story townhome! One roommate is moving out due to a personal situation, so we’re looking for a great fit to take her spot!

- Rent: $850 (includes internet & valet trash)
- Utilities: Usually around $50-$60 (per person)
- Lease Ends: September 2026 (option to renew)

The townhome is laid out with one bedroom on the first floor, a shared living space & kitchen on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third floor. The room available is on the third floor with me! We’re hoping to find someone who can move in ASAP. The lease runs through September, and this would be an official lease takeover through the apartment. We’re both currently students at UNCC & looking for someone kind, respectful, and easygoing who would be a great fit for our home! We are super friendly and easy to communicate with.
