Furnished Room – All Utilities Included

Looking for a chill but respectful female roommate ( preferred) (ages 25–40) to share a clean, comfortable 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Couples will be 1200 due to utilities being included.

The available room is furnished with a full-size bed, and closet—but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with both a tub and shower. I will update photos soon. The photos are from before new larger bed. I have a dresser available if wanted. Also wall mounted TV.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and a peaceful backyard with a gazebo. Driveway parking is available, and the house is just 5 minutes from the highway, restaurants, and shopping.

I work long hours and am often out of the house, with one work-from-home day a week. I have an office I don’t mind you using if I’m not in it. 2 college aged relative live here also. They are very quiet, introverted, and don’t have company often. I’m tidy but laid-back, and occasionally have a guest or two (never large gatherings).

I have two small dogs (a Yorkie and a Yorkie-Poo), so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets. Small dogs are welcome, and I’m open to reducing rent if you’re able to help with light pet care (like letting them out, feeding, or walks).
