Townhouse room for rent available 1/2026

Looking to rent my spare room in my townhome. Let’s face it, rent is outrageous as are rates! I am a single male by choice, I work a lot and am on the go frequently, my place would be perfect for someone that works from home or is retired, you would pretty much have the place to yourself most of the time! Very nice, quiet little neighborhood in North Charlotte. Very convenient to Northlake, University, Uptown, and Concord Mills. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. The townhome was listed as a double master, so the room is good size, has a walk in closet, private bathroom with a garden tub/ shower. Laundry is right outside the room. The room is not furnished except for a TV. It is big enough for a king size bed. The rest of the home is furnished. Utilities are included. I am ok with well trained dogs, no cats please (allergic). I work a lot during the day and most weekends. Our neighborhood has a very nice and spacious pool that is walking distance away. HOA’s are fairly relaxed. I also have nearby, a 10x30 storage unit, I am willing to store some of your belongings as well if needed. ROOM IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED AND WILL BE UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR…I am going live with my ad though to give potential renters plenty of notice.
