The unit is a modest unfinished small 2 bedroom studio apartment. Which has an open floor plan. Which consist of a full bath, studio kitchen, sitting area,( the couch is gone) a bedroom separated by a half wall , a side room and its own private entrance. The additional side room may be used for an office space or small extra bedroom. Internet and all utilities are included in the monthly rent of $1295. The home is located in a quite, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees and a greenway. This neighborhood is close to every thing but yet offers peace and seclusion and nature. You will see me occasional. However due to traveling for work not to often. l am friendly and welcome conversation. I am in seek of a neat, quiet, kind, friendly, respectful and easy going roommate. The Internet ,free Netflix, all utilities are in the rent. No pets or SMOKERS please (due the smell it leaves in the house and carpet.) The home is located in a safe and private neighborhood. Target, Panera Bread, IKEA, Chick-fil-A, Burlington Coat Factory, Harris Teeter and Starbucks are right around the corner. You are close to I-485 & I -85 and 1-77.
