This bedroom rental is located in a 3 level home. It is in quite, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees and everything closed by. You will see me occasional. However due to traveling for work not to often. l am friendly and welcome conversation. I am in seek of a neat, quiet, kind, friendly, respectful and easy going roommate. The Internet ,free Netflix, all utilities, washer and dryer are included in the monthly rent. No pets or SMOKERS please (due the smell it leaves in the house and carpet. )
I would describe the space as a modest medium size, furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom directly down the hall. The bedroom consist of a queen size bed (furnished with new sheets and comforter set) dresser and closet. The space includes your private porch which you can enjoy anytime at your leisure. The home is located in a safe and private neighborhood. Target, Panera Bread, IKEA, Chick-fil-A, Burlington Coat Factory, Harris Teeter and Starbucks are right around the corner. You are close to I-485 & I -85 and 1-77. Also located only 1 miles away is the light rail. Everything is conveniently near by.
