This rental is a 3 level home. Which means you will be actually living on your on level where the kitchen and living room is located. I would be living on the 3rd level upstairs. Which means you will see me occasional but not to often. However l am friendly and welcome conversation. I am in seek of a neat, quiet, nice, friendly, respectful and easy going roommate. Internet and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. No pets or smokers please. I would describe the space as a modest furnished bedroom with a separate bathroom directly down the hall. The bedroom consist of full size bed with 1 dressers and built in bookcases for additional storage. There is also a large bedroom with a king size bed, 2 dresses, walk in closet and a large Roku tv. This large bedroom rents for 780 per month. This space also includes the living room and small deck outside the bedroom door.. Which you can enjoy anytime at your leisure . The home is located in a safe and private neighborhood. Target, Panera Bread, IKEA, Harris Teeter and Starbucks are right around the corner.
