Residents can also enjoy the covered front porch, backyard deck, and fenced yard. Professional cleaning is provided for the common areas.

The home is convenient to hospitals, UNCSA, public transportation, highways, greenway trails, and Salem Lake. It is a comfortable option for a corporate assignment, healthcare contract, relocation, or extended stay.

The room is listed for one occupant. Please contact me before booking to discuss an additional occupant; approval and the room rental agreement’s terms apply. For current residents’ privacy and security, in-person tours are not available. Photos and additional room details are available upon request. KeyCheck tenant screening and a signed room rental agreement are required before move-in.
