Looking for 1 BR and shared BR in Winston Salem

Looking for a roommate that wants to reside in the Winston-Salem area. The lease for the house is up until December, looking for someone who will want to reside at the house until then. Roommates work different schedules to one another, 2 of which work Night shift, one works day shift, and the other works Evening shift. The room is a decent size, has plenty of room for a bed, dresser, television etc. The house has a garage that the other roommates don't generally use if you wish to utilize the garage space. The house didn't come with a Washer/Dryer unit, but one of the roommates has purchased a set to use, and allows other roommates to use the set as long as they pitch in to help with any issues of maintenance. Utilities are not added to the $418 monthly rent, the utilities differ month to month, and the head of the house will send updates to how much utilities are each month, and will make sure to be on the same page with everyone regarding how much is expected; Will make sure to keep the roommates up to date on what is going on with bills. The room also houses the modem for the internet, it is asked to please treat the modem gently and responsibly. Any and all questions can and will be answered, and can give a tour of the location, as well as meet with some of the rooommates before moving in.
