Full basement for rent.

It is a single family house in a beautiful, clean and quiet community.
It is just me and my small dog (Pomeranian) living in the main floor. You will have the full basement for yourself. It is around 460 square feet. there is a big room that you can use as your living room and also put a dining table or desk if you want, and a bedroom.
Bedroom was just furnished with a twin bed and mattress, a dresser and tv.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house. One in my bedroom which I use and another one in the common area of the house that I leave for guests if I receive any and this one will be for you. It is private, unless I have visitors which does not happen much.
You can park your car in my driveway.
All bills are included (electricity, gas, water/sewer and internet)
You can use the kitchen for small meal prep and warming up your food. I will leave a space in my fridge for you as well as in my kitchen cabinets.
It is a room for one person. No pets and no smoking.
The main door has a digital locker so you will have your digital and passcode.
No parties or people over allowed unless you talk to me to bring a friend or something and I authorized. Meaning you will live in a very peaceful and respectful place where you can call home.
There is laundry available. If you decide to use a $30 fee will be added to the monthly payment, bringing it to $830

Move in charges: first month + $500 security deposit = $ $1300

Minimum stay: 6 months. Maximum stay 1 year and it could be renewed.
