The neighborhood is very close to Maple Lawn, Columbia Mall, and the Merriweather District. UMD+UMBC campuses, Greenbelt Metro, and BWI Airport/Amtrak are all ~20 minutes away.

There is one private, fully furnished bedroom available for immediate move in.
Bedroom #3 – 11’ x 12’ room for $1,170/month

Bedroom #3 shares a two-sink bathroom with another man.

The rooom come furnished with queen bed, desk, chair, curtains, and blinds.
Maximum one person per room and no pets or smoking allowed.

Home Features:
The shared spaces are also fully furnished with a sofa, extra large TV, dining table, two refrigerators, stainless steel appliances and a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a one-driveway parking spot (first come, first served) and plenty of guest parking in the community.

Utilities:
Utilities will be shared equally among 4 roommates.

Lease Terms:
6–12-month lease. Longer terms welcome.
First month's rent and one month security deposit required for move in.
