Hello! I'm seeking roommates to share a beautiful new construction, 2,200 sq. ft. luxury townhouse located in a quiet community in North Laurel, 5 minutes from JHU APL!

The neighborhood is very close to Maple Lawn, Columbia Mall, and the Merriweather District. UMD+UMBC campuses, Greenbelt Metro, and BWI Airport/Amtrak are all ~20 minutes away.

There are two private, fully furnished bedrooms available for move in.

Bedroom #2 – 10’ x 11’ room for $1,160/month (available August 30, 2026)
Bedroom #3 – 11’ x 12’ room for $1,170/month (available October 26, 2026)

Bedrooms #2 & #3 shares a two-sink bathroom.

The rooms come furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, curtains, and blinds.

Maximum one person per room and no pets or smoking allowed.

Home Features:
The shared spaces are also fully furnished with a sofa, extra large TV, dining table, two refrigerators, stainless steel appliances and a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a one-driveway parking spot (first come, first served) and plenty of guest parking in the community.

Utilities:
Utilities will be shared equally among roommates.

Lease Terms:
6–12-month lease. Longer terms welcome.
First month's rent and one month security deposit required for move in.

Housemate Info:
Current residents include a male engineer in his mid 20s and a female businesswoman in her late 50s. We're creating a respectful, living environment and looking for like-minded individuals who value a peaceful, clean, and cooperative home.
