About the house: This beautiful 1950s home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, a large living room, a large dining room, and a partially finished basement with the finished half acting as an office space for all tenants and the unfinished half for extra storage and a full sized washer and dryer. The main level has original hardwood flooring and the rest of the house has new plush carpeting. This house is fully is furnished and sits on a large plot of land which hosts deer, birds, cats, and other beautiful animals throughout the year. We have free street parking available, a bus stop right at the end of our street, and are only a 6min ride from the rogers ave metro station.

About your room: Your room is located on the second floor and measures at roughly 10x11 ft. It is quite spacious, with lots of natural light streaming in from two windows, a closet with additional storage, and comes pre-furnished with a new memory foam mattress on top of a remote controlled adjustable bed frame, a bedside table with charging ports, and brand new sheets for your bed! You will also have access to the upstairs full bathroom which is only shared by one other roommate, access to the basement for extra storage and office space, and access to all other living spaces previously mentioned.

Disclaimers and Details: -Unfortunately, no pets outside of an enclosure will be permitted. -The lease period on this house ends in July of 2026, and will be renewed until July 2027. It is required that you intend to remain a tenant until July 2027. -Utilities are not included with rent. WiFi is currently a set rate of $16.97/mo. Water, gas, and electric are all based on usage, once bill is received it will be split evenly between roommates. -Only one tenant will be permitted to occupy the room.

You will be living with two women in their 20s, both student and professionals, who keep busy and share the duties of the household. The household is kept tidy and peaceful with no loud/unexpected partying or otherwise disruptive activities.
