Hello! I have an opening in a lovely spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Washington Heights.

$1065 includes utilities and internet and twice monthly house cleaning, First Month and Security Deposit upon move in. Available for move in now.

A few requirements!
Must be fully Vaccinated
Sorry no cats(allergic) and no dogs(building does not allow). Small pets are negotiable.

Me!
I am a woman in my 30's and originally from California, very laid back and a very big geek. I work retail so I work most weekends and do not have a set schedule. I am not much of a drinker and when people come over it tends to be Netflix or board games. I also like to craft, I’ve gotten into quilting during the pandemic.

The Pad:

The Apartment!
It is a roomy two-bedroom on the 1st floor with a separate kitchen. It’s at the back of the building so we don’t hear much noise from the street. I have a portable AC unit named George but you will also want a fan for your bedroom.

The Room!
The room is midsize (8x10) and will comfortably fit a full size bed, queen would fit as well but it would be tight. There is no closet in the room itself but there is a large closet right outside your door which is yours to use. Right now I have a spare dresser in there which you are welcome to use, if you don’t need it it will be moved.

Transportation!
The apartment is two blocks away from the A/C and the 1 trains at 168st. Living on an express line is great! Also the A/C is a great line to be on, it was one of the first lines working again after Sandy. On the 1 train it’s 20mins to Trader Joe’s at 72nd.

The Neighborhood!
The neighborhood is lively, people are always out and about and I have never felt unsafe coming home late at night. There is a KeyFoods a couple blocks up and a Rite Aid by the subway. laundromat a couple blocks away. There is a Chipotle on Broadway and a great Thai place a block and a half away.
