In June, two of our current roommates will be moving out by the end of May. We have a spacious four-person bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms in Washington Heights, nestled in between 155th street and 163rd street - Amsterdam Ave.

The neighborhood offers various conveniences like supermarkets, laundromats, and diverse dining options. Close by are New York-Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center and CUNY.

The one train (red line) and the C train (blue line) are just a short walk away, about five minutes from the apartment. Additionally, the 145th train hub (blue line, yellow line), A, B, C, D, is a 15-minute walk.

Electricity utilities are not included in the rent and are split evenly among the four roommates. You will need to arrange your own internet service as Wi-Fi is not provided.

We are a group of adults, consisting of three men and one woman aged between 25 and 40. We value a peaceful living environment and seek someone who shares that mindset.

Regarding the electricity bill, we divide it equally among us without tracking individual usage. Each individual is responsible for the upkeep of their own room. We expect cleanliness and no sloppiness. House duties such as kitchen and bathroom cleaning are done on a "clean as you go" basis. Chores are not assigned as we believe in everyone taking responsibility for their own messes. You are expected to wash your own dishes.

Moving-in requirements are set by the landlords and may include working verification, background and credit checks, as well as the first month's rent, security deposit, and lease signing.
