DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Both rooms available are very large and can fit a full or queen size bed, with a lot of extra space to still add a desk, dresser, or whatever else you need. Each room also includes HUGE closets. These two rooms share 1 bathroom down the hall.

The hallway is lined with a beautiful brick wall that goes all the way into the kitchen/dining area. There are 2 additional closets in the hallway. The best part is the living/dining/kitchen area’s open layout which allows for the apartment to feel very spacious. Since, I'm currently living here, the common spaces are fully furnished already, but I'm open to switching things up with new roommates.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor in an elevator building. Laundry room is located in the basement and is not busy. It is conveniently located steps away from the 157th stop 1 train and 155th stop C train.

This apartment is perfect for students or professionals at Columbia! I was a grad student at Columbia and currently work there, so I can attest to how close it is. Morning commute is quick! It is 1 train stop away from 168th Medical Center or a short 10 min walk! The price is unbeatable for the space!
