Room Available in Female Apartment + Friendly Cat

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment. There are currently two women living here, and I am looking for a female roommate to take my place.
The room is a good, normal size and will be unfurnished, with a private closet located just outside the bedroom. The building also has laundry on-site, and the apartment has a dishwasher. Utilities are included in the rent, so there are no extra utility bills to worry about.
There is also a cat named Bunny who lives here, she’s very friendly and loves being around people!
The apartment is a relaxed, comfortable place, and we’re looking for someone who is respectful and easygoing.
