Stuytown Sublet to October 31st/Potential Renewal

I am moving to London for work and looking for someone to sublet my room for the remainder of my lease, which ends October 31st. The room will become available on August 10th. Apartment is a 3-bed, 1-bath located on the Ave C loop in Stuytown, a convenient 7-8-minute walk to the Ave A L station, with the M23 and M9 bus routes just around the corner. Living in Stuytown also gives you access to the basketball and pickleball courts and 2 gyms located within a 5 min walk from the apartment and plenty of green space throughout the area.

The unit is rent-controlled, and all utilities are included in the monthly rent payment (other than a $35/mo wifi charge). Decent-sized kitchen with plenty of storage and living room area furnished with a couch and TV. The room itself is around 135ft^2 with a very spacious closet. Willing to sell bed frame, dresser, desk, other bedroom furniture if needed.

Current roommates are 2 mid-20s finance professionals who mostly work in the office and will likely be resigning the lease upon expiry at the end of October. Interests include sports, cooking, photography, video games, and catching up with friends. Common spaces are kept neat, and cleaning is shared between everyone. Subletting in Stuytown is a bit more formal than most locations which requires a quick background check and some more paperwork, but it is nothing overly intrusive or burdensome. There is potential to take over my portion of the lease once this current period ends at the end of October, but that would be up to the current tenants.
