We are two Parsons students looking for a third roommate to join our 3-bedroom apartment in NYC (StuyTown). We’re creative, easygoing and keep the space clean, calm and organized.
The apartment is on the 12th floor with great natural light and amazing NYC skyline views, and it’s a 5-minute walk to the pier. The location is super convenient- Trader Joe’s, Target, CVS, Whole Foods, cafés, and restaurants are all within 5 minutes. The L train and M14/M15 buses are also nearby, with Union Square under 10 minutes and easy access to Parsons, FIT, NYU, and the rest of the city.
StuyTown has a great balance- lively but still safe, calm, and residential with a strong community feel.
We’re looking for a female roommate who is clean, respectful, and communicative.
