Big, location, very cool, two looking for a roomie

Two artist dog lover guncles- creating and dog walking crafts people both mixed Latino bilingual vibe and intelligence good timers in a 900 sq foot place near everything fully furnished and vibed out by known edge designer and installation artist. Laid back good people. Sometimes we have rented the main room- beautiful and bed in lush indoor garden. We sleep in bedroom but have rented it for 1300 when we take the main area we call the studio. Open to both. Bedroom fully private main room more open. So we all have to vibe and live and let live. It’s a good scene when it works and helps with our cash flow too.
