Looking for Roommate: Stuytown

I'm looking for a roommate for my Stuytown apartment. I have been living there for the last year and my current roommate is moving out, so everything is furnished and you won't need to bring anything outside of the stuff in your room. I'm from Houston and went to the University of Arkansas for my undergrad and did a Masters in Switzerland. Also, I work in finance and work a lot of hours so I'm not at the apartment all that much during the weekdays. I'm a clean roommate and am respectful. I love watching sports and playing xbox in my free time so a roommate who is down to hang on occasion is a plus.

I'm looking for someone who keeps the common areas clean and who isn't super loud. No smoking in the apartment. No cats (sorry), but dogs are cool but you probably have to pay an extra fee and deposit.

The room I'm leasing out is nice but doesn't have a closet, however there is a closet outside the door without a hanging rack. It has an AC unit in the window. You also can't really hear anything from outside its super quiet. The apartment is also less than a minute walk to the L. Amenities: laundry downstairs (have to pay for it), dishwasher, on-site 24/7 security, basketball court right outside and pickleball.
