StuyTown Bedroom for rent

Hi!

As our current roommate is moving back to France per end of February, we are looking for a new roommate starting March.
Our top-tier located, south facing apartment is directly on 14th street and Ave B. The Flex bedroom ("The Den") has a large window yielding a lot of natural sunlight, and has an AC built in. The room officially comes unfurnished, but you have the option to take over some furniture from the current tenant. The rest of the apartment is already furnished.

As amenities:
- utilities included in rent
- Washer / dryer in basement
- Bus in front of the door, L-Train a block away
- Stuytown gym less than a block away - outdoor workout park and pickleball courts nearby as well
- Trader Joes and Target a block away, some other options nearby.

As roommates you'll have me, Markus: I work a 9-5 in finance and am in my early 30's. As a Swiss-American, I speak a few languages, am a fan of traveling and exploring different cultures, and like to play soccer. I would consider myself very social, open minded, and am always happy to have a drink and chat.
Cecilia is in her mid 30's and works evenings as a general manager at a restaurant in Manhattan. She has three cute cats; Eclipse, Opal, and Luna.
We are both pretty uncomplicated, easy going, and 420 friendly.

What we're looking for in a new roommate:
Ideally you are a young professional in your late 20's / early 30's, respectful, cleaning up after yourself, and you think that having cats in the apartment is a big plus.
