About myself: I’m a 2023 grad working in finance who is usually back relatively late in the evenings. My parents / long term girlfriend are based in LA, so I travel often back during holidays and long weekends.

Looking for: Someone in their early to mid-20s who also has a busy schedule, is easy-going and can actively maintain a quiet / clean space.

Rent: $1,900 / month (covers all utilities including A/C and wifi)

Preferred Move-In Date: 1/31/2026 - 2/28/2026 (12-month commitment expected but can be flexible)
