Subletting large furnished bedroom in a 3-bed / 1-bath rent-stabilized apartment in Stuytown, available November 7 to July 29, 2026 (with option to renew).

Rent: $2,270/month, all utilities included.

True bedroom, approx. 130 sq ft (middle room, see floor plan). Room gets a lot of natural light during the day. Apartment has a full kitchen with dishwasher and lots of storage space (you would have one closet to yourself and two shared closets). Elevators and laundry in building, additional storage and parking available.

The apartment is in a great location—it’s about a 7-minute walk to the L train and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, etc. Stuytown is a beautiful and safe neighborhood with a ton of green space, athletic courts, cafés, study lounges, fitness centers, and a weekly farmer's market.

You’d be living with two women in their mid-to-late 20s, both NYU graduate students who are clean, organized, and friendly. Looking for another woman of a similar age who is a student or works full-time and will keep common areas clean. Preference for someone who wants to stay for the full term but will consider shorter sublets. No pets unfortunately (one roommate is allergic).
