Looking for one roommate to join me in a spacious, sunny, modern 2-bedroom / 1-bath apartment in StuyTown, East Village.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with a nice view of the NYC skyline and East River. The available bedroom is very spacious with plenty of closet space. It can easily fit a queen or king-size bed, a working desk, and additional furniture, with plenty of space left.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, lots of storage, and laundry in the building.

Utilities included, except A/C charge and internet.

Location: About a 5–8 minute walk to the L train at 1st Ave. Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods, restaurants, cafés, bars, and everything the East Village has to offer are all nearby.

One of the best things about living in StuyTown is having so much green space while still being in Manhattan. The community has landscaped grounds and gardens, fitness facilities, basketball/pickleball and other athletic courts, cafés, outdoor spaces, and plenty of places to walk or relax.

You get the best of both worlds: all the restaurants, nightlife, and energy of the East Village nearby, but a quieter and greener environment when you come home.

About me: I’m a designer working in the luxury industry with a hybrid work schedule. I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, and responsible and who will help keep the kitchen, bathroom, and shared spaces clean.
